Wendy was amazing. She was flexible and helped us navigate through even though my husband health was so bad. Wouldn’t have wanted to do this process with any other agent. She was highly recommended to us by her former customer of hers and we were not disappointed!

I have nothing but praise for Wendy Holman. Her 32 Years of expertise was put to use when she priced the house much higher than I expected and obtained a buyer the next day. She has been helpful throughout the process. Even after the sale she was helping us with a mover issue that caused delay in moving out of the house. She taught us how to stay calm under pressure. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate Wendy an 11 due to: (1) expertise in pricing the house, (2) effort to keep the customer informed, and (3) helping the customer with a move even after the closing.
